1. Trial Campaigns

  • The 14-Day Trial Campaign is covered by our satisfaction commitment.

  • If you do not see any meaningful engagement (responses or interactions) during the trial, you may request a refund within 7 days after the trial ends.

2. Monthly Subscription Plans

  • Monthly subscription fees provide access to our systems, campaign setup, and ongoing automation services.

  • Because work begins immediately upon subscription (data processing, system configuration, message preparation), subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

  • If you wish to cancel, you must do so before your next billing cycle to avoid further charges.


3. Cancellations

  • Cancellations will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.


4. Exceptions

We may, at our discretion, provide refunds or credits in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Duplicate payments caused by billing errors

  • Proven technical failures that prevent campaign execution
